On the 1. September 2025 Astralis A/S sold the subsidiaries Astralis Management ApS and Astralis CS ApS which was the commercial and competitive businesses operating the Counter Strike team. The sale included the “Astralis” Brand and IP from Astralis A/S.
Subsequently Astralis A/S has been renamed A-star Holding A/S, and the shareholders continue to own shares in A-star Holding A/S.
Due to the accumulated debt the net proceeds from the sale were very limited. Consequently, no dividend will be paid out to the shareholders.
A-star Holding A/S no longer operates any competitive esports activities.
A-Star Holding A/S will continue as a minimum cost company with no permanent staff awaiting the future tranches from the LEC Franchise sale in 2023.
The purpose of the company will be to secure the proceeds from the LEC franchise slot and pay it out to the shareholders.
We strongly urge our shareholders to register in the share register with email to be informed about annual general meetings and receive other relevant information.

An advance payment may be requested for tasks without a fixed price before work commences.
